Gah. I really hate my job. I think I have reached my tipping point. The last time I felt like this was in 2005. Maybe it’s an every milestone birthday thing. Or maybe it’s because I’v e been doing a similar role for close to eight years, and I really cannot stand some of the people I work with every now and then.

The Bible says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7) So here goes. God, help me to find work I really enjoy and which will pay the bills too. Or, at the very least, help me to find a job where I will be valued and which will eventually lead to work I really enjoy.
