A decadent start to Sunday at Dominique's, a delightfully continental cafe in Hampstead Heath:

The "Dominique's breakfast" (2 eggs, bacon, beans, a sausage, a grilled tomato, mushrooms and 2 slices of toast) is a bargain for £4.95. The bacon and mushrooms, according to P., were cooked the way they ought to be, while I loved the intense taste of the grilled tomato.

This was followed by Mass at St. Dominic's Priory, a grand old church on Southampton Road.

It was a rather Dominic-y day, which makes sense as it was the Lord's Day after all.
