Not many people know that I've always wanted to work in hospitality. More specifically, I've always wanted to work in a hotel, preferably front of house, and a in cool, swanky, hip hotel to boot. To give you a flavour of what my dream job is, it would be something like that of a casino host (i.e. Samantha's role in Las Vegas).

And now that such an etablishment is looking for people, I find myself in a position when I am quite possibly too old to start over, and too used to living a certain standard to take a drastic paycut. Still, I am tempted. Oh so very tempted.
