I'm back! I apologise for the radio silence, but the after-effects of the company Christmas party were dire. Then I had to pack up and fly off early Saturday morning for my rendezvous.

The destination itself was a little boring, definitely not a place I'd care to return to, but the company more than made up for it. I had a better-than-expected weekend - one last lingering surprise from the Argentina holiday, if I may put it that way - and, I think, I may have found an actual friend as opposed to a travel acquaintance.

I'm not going to go into any more details. As they say, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.
